1. Standard Cancellations: Airport/Cruise Port 48 hours. Hourly 7 Days. Weddings 14 Days. School Dances are Final and 50% deposit at time of booking balance 7 days prior reservation. Failure to cancel in allotted time will result in full charges with no refunds. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of 100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is 250.00. Alcohol Consumption under 21 and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted on board. Overtime charges will apply after the first 10 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. Airport arrivals overtime charges start 10 min after baggage is loaded to carousel. International arrivals over time charges start 1 hour after touch down. Over time charges will be at the standard hourly rate for that vehicle type. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the limousine. Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. Vehicles have no guarantee of availability past the rented time and may not be able to accommodate overtime requests that are not prearranged at the time of the reservation.

Tickets on the Leavenworth Snow Bus are not refundable once purchased.

Responsibility
The Tours outlined herein will be carried out under the management of Capital West Tours.  (herein referred to as “the Company”).  The Company does not assume any responsibility nor shall it be liable for any loss, cancellation, costs, delays, irregularity, accident, injury, or damage to person or property damage, loss or theft of baggage and personal effects arising from or in connection with such services. The Company will not assume any responsibility for weather conditions, road delays or closures. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to have adequate clothing for the weather conditions along with snacks as personally needed and to be prepared in the event of delays.  The Company reserves the right to cancel or alter any itinerary and tour as conditions require. In the event the Company is unable to provide the confirmed tour transportation, it will endeavor to arrange substitute transportation and any difference in price will be adjusted accordingly. If substitute transportation is unavailable, the amount paid for tour will be refunded. The Company reserves the right to withdraw the tour for any reason before departure date, in which the amount paid to the Company will be refunded.  A contract is made when your reservation and payment are accepted by Capital West LLC and any dispute shall be governed by Washington State law & subject to the jurisdiction of the County of Thurston in Washington State. In calculating the cost of your trip, Capital West LLC has relied on your consent to these terms & in the absence of this release, the trip cost would have been higher.

We reserve the right to not accept or retain as a tour passenger any person whose condition or behavior impedes the operation of the tour or affects the rights, welfare or enjoyment of the tour by other passengers. To be determined solely by Capital West Tours.

Capital West reserves the right to withdraw, change, amend or omit these policies at anytime without notice.
